  F. T. (Tokkie) Elliott, III

  Chairman of the Board

  Mr. Elliott is a lifelong resident of Tulare County. His father, F.T. (Tommy) Elliott, Jr. was a founding board member of Visalia Community Bank. Tokkie has been a member of the board since 1988. He is president of Wileman Bros. & Elliott, Inc. and Elliott Land & Cattle, Inc., Chairman of the Board and CEO of Kaweah Container Manufacturing, Chairman of the Board of California Citrus Producers, Inc. and managing partner of Elliott Farms. He was treasurer and board chairman of the Sequoia Fund and continues to serve on its board of directors. Tokkie is a member of the Tulare County Sheriffs Department Aero Squadron and served as its commander from 2002 to 2004. He is also chairman of the Tulare County Secret Witness Program.

  Jonathan Graves

  Vice Chairman of the Board

  Mr. Graves moved to Visalia as a child and has been active in the community for over 40 years. He is owner of Jonathan Graves Management, an international management consulting firm. Jody is a board member of Habitat for Humanity of Tulare County, is chairman of the Golden State YMCA board of directors and is a trustee of Kaweah Delta Health Care District. He has been a member of the board of Visalia Community Bank since 1988.

  Dena Cochran

  Director

  Ms. Cochran has lived in Visalia since 1974. She is Vice President of Development for the Kaweah Delta Health Care District. In June, 2006 she completed her term as president of the Rotary Club of Visalia. Dena presently serves on the board of the Friends of the Fox Theater and is a fellow in the Association of Health Care Philanthropy. Dena has been a board member of Visalia Community Bank since 1997.

  F. T. (Tommy) Elliott, IV

  Director

  Mr. Elliott is a lifelong resident of Tulare County. He is Chief Executive Officer of the California Citrus Producers, Inc. Tommy has been a board member of Visalia Community Bank since 2002.

  Margaret K. Elliott

  Director

  Ms. Elliott is a lifelong resident of Tulare County. She is a director of Wileman Bros. & Elliott, Inc. and Elliott Land & Cattle. She has been a board member of Visalia Community Bank since 1988. Maggie is a past board member of the Tulare County Symphony and the Pacific Quarter Horse Association and remains active in the American Quarter Horse Association.

  Jonathan T. Hornburg

  Director

  Mr. Hornburg moved to Visalia as a child. He is a packing operations manager with Wileman Bros. & Elliott, Inc. and has been on the board of directors for Visalia Community Bank since 1997. Jon also serves as a board member for the Visalia YMCA.

  Brian M. Johnson

  Director

  Mr. Johnson is a lifelong resident of Tulare County. He is Chief Financial Officer for Wileman Bros. & Elliott, Inc. Brian is a former coach of the basketball team at Woodlake High School. He has been a board member of Visalia Community Bank since 2002.

  Gordon L. Pendegraft

  Director

  Mr. Pendegraft became a board director of Visalia Community Bank in 1992 after his father Lloyd Pendegraft, a founding board member, retired. He has lived in Visalia for over 60 years and previously owned Visalia Pipe & Supply.
