Do we disclose information in Joint Marketing and Servicing Arrangements?
We may disclose all of the information we collect, as described above, with other companies that perform marketing or services on our behalf or with financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing arrangements to provide financial products or services. We do not share customer information with outside companies for the purpose of marketing non-financial products to you.

How do we treat information about former customers?
If you decide to close your account(s) or become an inactive customer, we will continue to adhere to the privacy policies and practices described in this notice.

How do we protect the security and integrity of your personal information?
Only employees who need to know your personal information will have access to the information. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your personal information, in compliance with federal standards. Our security standards are designed to protect against unauthorized access to your account information, including access through the Internet. Our information security technology is tested periodically to assure that customer information is protected. Additionally, we require the companies to whom we provide customer information for joint marketing or servicing purposes to maintain security standards to protect the information.

Visalia Community Bank respects your privacy and wants you to be aware of its policies regarding its use of information it collects about you.

When you visit our web site to read or download information we record the following:

• The name of the domain from which you access the Internet (for example, aol.com if you are connecting through America Online);
• The internet address of the web site which you linked directly to our site, if any (for example, www.yahoo.com if you are using the Yahoo search engine.)
• The type of web browsing software you use to visit our site.
• The date and time you access our site;
• When you identify yourself so that we can respond to an inquiry or request from you, make a comment requiring correspondence, or submit a complaint, various employees may be required to see your information.

If your information is very sensitive, or includes personal or confidential information, such as your account, ATM, check card, or Social Security number, you should either send it to us using the secure-mail link that is available through our Internet Banking product or send it to us by postal mail.
• Provide privacy compliance training to all appropriate personnel on a regular basis.
• Monitor the privacy compliance program and the suitability of the privacy notice to actual bank practices, and
• Revise the privacy notice as needed.
